- "Service" means the household money management education sessions, memberships, and programmes offered by Ledgerow.
- "User" / "you" means any individual who visits our website or engages with our services.
- "We / Us / Our" refers to Ledgerow, registered at No. 8, Persiaran Kayangan, 40000 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
- "Content" means all materials, templates, worksheets, guides, and educational resources provided as part of our services.
- "Session" means a scheduled group or one-to-one educational meeting.
2Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at ledgerow.cyou or signing up for any of our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.
3Service Description
Ledgerow provides household money management education services in Malaysia, including:
Family Planning Session — RM 460
A relaxed, small-group session helping households map monthly income and outgoings together, with shared templates and practical conversation prompts.
Household Toolkit Membership — RM 1,580
Ongoing access to planners, a shared-budget spreadsheet, and a supportive community space for everyday household money questions and seasonal planning tips.
Whole-Household Education Programme — RM 4,300
A structured, multi-session programme covering household budgeting, saving for shared goals, and organising bills and records, with a certificate of attendance.
Services are delivered in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia, and remotely where available. We reserve the right to adjust service formats with reasonable notice.
4User Responsibilities
When using our website or attending our sessions, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering
- Treat facilitators and other participants with respect and courtesy
- Not record, reproduce, or redistribute session content without prior written permission
- Use any shared templates or materials for personal household use only
- Notify us promptly if you are unable to attend a scheduled session
Prohibited activities:
- Sharing membership credentials with third parties
- Using our content for commercial redistribution or resale
- Attempting to access restricted or administrative areas of the website
- Submitting false, misleading, or harmful information via our contact forms
5Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within our programmes — including text, templates, worksheets, graphics, and session materials — is owned by or licensed to Ledgerow and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials provided as part of your enrolled service, for personal household use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our materials without our prior written consent.
6Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Payment is due prior to attendance or access being granted
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking
- Receipts are issued upon successful payment
Refund policy:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before a session: full refund
- Cancellations made 3–7 days before a session: 50% refund
- Cancellations within 48 hours: no refund, unless due to a medical or family emergency with supporting documentation
- If Ledgerow cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost
7Programme-Specific Terms
For the Whole-Household Education Programme and sessions:
- Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment
- A certificate of attendance is issued upon completing all required sessions
- Certificates are for personal reference and educational purposes; they do not confer professional qualifications
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
- Materials shared during sessions remain the intellectual property of Ledgerow
For the Household Toolkit Membership:
- Membership access begins upon payment confirmation
- Access to community spaces is subject to adherence to community guidelines
- Membership is non-transferable

Ledgerow provides general household money management education and informational tools. Our services are not a substitute for professional financial advice, accounting, legal counsel, or regulated financial planning services.
All educational content is provided for informational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties — express or implied — about the suitability of any content for your specific household circumstances.
Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.
9Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Ledgerow's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service to which the claim relates.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of income, savings, or data.
Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, public health emergencies, or infrastructure failure, will not give rise to liability.
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ledgerow, its facilitators, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our content, or your violation of any applicable law.
11Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these terms, behave in a manner that is harmful to other participants or staff, or provide false information.
You may stop using our services at any time. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution will survive termination.
12Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Selangor, Malaysia.
Before initiating any formal proceedings, we encourage both parties to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Please write to us at [email protected], and we will endeavour to respond within 14 days.
If informal resolution is not possible, both parties may consider mediation through the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) before pursuing litigation.
13General Provisions
- Entire agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Ledgerow with respect to its subject matter.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our written consent.
- Notices: Formal notices should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to our registered address.
14Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. When material changes are made, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page.
Continuing to use our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page from time to time.
